We require the following from all applicants:
1. a bank referance
2. employers referance (students will need a guarantee)
3. one month's rent + 1 month's deposit to be paid in cleared funds before you move in.
Rent is paid per calendar month so if you see prices quoted in weekly figures you need to multiply it by 52 and divide by 12.
Landlords building and contents are covered under his policy, you will have to insure your own belongings seperately if you wish.
You will be responsible for all other bills in respect of the property. We will arrange for all utilities to be transferred into your name from the date you move in and take meter readings etc.
Contracts are for a minimum of 6 months.
